Ritual Alchemy was born from my love of tea, energy and those little daily rituals which bring a sense of grounding and peace into a busy day.
I craft what I love and for me sourcing ethically grown, spray free Blue Lotus was so important to me to work with, all of my other ingredients are certified organic.
For me creating, blending and dreaming of people drinking my teas and knowing they are bringing someone a sense of clarity, connection and peace is not a business but a passion.
Connecting with the spirit of each flower and combining her wisdom and teachings with my own energy, intuitive sound frequency and channeled light codes is what lights me up and is the heart of Ritual Alchemy.
Each blend is consciously created to bring to you the specific energy and teachings you require at that moment, this may be on a mental, physical or spiritual level.
I first connected with the Blue Lotus (Blue water lily, sacred lotus, Egyptian blue lotus) in April 2025 at a women's retreat of a dear friend in Bridgetown. There I met a beautiful soul sister from the same part of Cornwall in the UK in which I grew up.
I was so blessed to receive her magic through a Blue Lotus tea ceremony and dream time meditation on that retreat and I purchased some of her BL to help with my sleep, I initially combined BL with some organic lavender and sipped in the evenings, and this gifted me the most peaceful and deep rest I had experienced in a long time.
A few months later I was called to sit with the BL on her own and this is when the co creation between us happened and Ritual Alchemy was born.
Creating a tea brand wasn't something I planned but is something that was created through me. Each element and step of the process appeared effortlessly, all I did was say, OK.
When I actually think about everything I have done to get here today I don't know how I managed to do it being a busy single mama with clients, classes and a studio to run but Ritual Alchemy is the result of one of my foundational teachings... Surrender.
When we can relax our grip and surrender to life, slow down, create some space and let go of what is not meant for us, we are left with some room for experiences we could never 'think' into reality to fill our lives.
